In the wake of a DKK 320m (USD 51m) capital raising round, Snipr Biome is moving into a new phase, says Christian Grøndahl, CEO and founder at Snipr Biome, which is developing a new type of antibiotic that kills bacteria using the gene editing tool Crispr.

"By now, we have a pretty elaborate research unit and around 30 employed researchers, so we'd like to start up a professional development organization," Grøndahl tells MedWatch after the company recently announced the employment of one of Grøndahl's former Novo Nordisk colleagues, Milan Zdravkovic, as the new chief medical officer of Snipr Biome.
